Plane Crashes that we have to have an accident in order to learn from itshows human, plane builder and airline mistakes. From each accident the author goes through training of the crew, what the black boxes showed and the improvements made to the airline industry after the accident. Elliott has a strong understanding of the steps taken for air safety, like training, communication and how decisions are made. The human price tag is high, but, we learn and improve. After listening to this Audiobook my resolve that flying is one of the safest modes of transportation is even stronger. Great Book!
