Everything from basics to advanced techniques
This book begins with the basics of bodybuilding, then really dives into everything you need to know to transform your body safely and effectively! It provides a detailed exploration of progressive overload to understand how to continually challenge muscles for maximum growth. I enjoyed the emphasis on the science of resistance training, including eccentric movements and variable resistance, isolation movements, and more. I also really enjoyed the section on nutrition. There are great tips about how to optimize your diet for muscle building and recovery. Great guide to everything bodybuilding.

solid guide
My hubby picked this audiobook for the shot-guns choice on the way up to the cabin (aka, anyone in the passenger seat gets to choose what we listen to for the drive), and I was not looking forward to this one, but it was actually quite good. It kept us wanting more, and it was an easy listen. Very informative. Hubby especially loves it.
