Story
Fifth grade was the worst year of Marc's life. He stunk at gym class, math was too hard for him, the school lunch was horrible, and his class field trip was ruined because he couldn't swim. But what was the most awful thing about fifth grade? Kenny Williamson, the class bully, who called himself the "King of the Jungle". When Marc's mother tells him that his uncle Jake is coming to stay for the whole summer, Marc can't wait. Uncle Jake is a for-real super-cool Navy SEAL. And Uncle Jake has a plan.

Story
Eight years ago I fell into a secret summer fling with my best friend’s little sister before our lives went in different directions. Now, I’m the grumpy to Juliet’s sunshine on a popular dating podcast we host, and when a wealthy fan gives us a charming coastal cottage as the biggest thank you ever, we head to the town where I grew up to give it a makeover. And find the house has only one bed. Located under a mirrored ceiling.

Story
Justin has a curse, and thanks to a Reddit thread, it's now all over the internet. Every woman he dates goes on to find their soul mate the second they break up. When a woman slides into his DMs with the same problem, they come up with a plan: They'll date each other and break up. Their curses will cancel each other’s out, and they’ll both go on to find the love of their lives. It’s a bonkers idea… and it just might work.

Story
There is no bigger public health story now than the collapse in youth mental health. The numbers are terrifying and dominate our headlines. There has been much debate over how we got here, and what to do next, and bestselling author and social psychologist Jonathan Haidt is at the white-hot center of that discourse. Haidt has spent his career speaking wisdom and truth into the most difficult landscapes—communities polarized by politics and religion, campuses battling culture wars, and now the perfect storm contributing to a public health emergency for Gen Z.

Brief but Spot On!
This summary was well done and the examples were well selected. I got some very actionable info yet knew that the full book has a lot to offer.

This saved me so much time!
Glad I got this and not the entire book. I might use this quick read more for books I am on the fence about investing my time.

Buy and read the real book
Comes across as a lazy attempt to make a buck.
Redundant and boring. Get the real book. It’s highly practical. Useful if applied.

wasted a credit!
I actually thought I was purchasing the book itself. There's not much to it and I felt like I wasted a credit. Unfortunately the actual book is not available on this platform.

disappointed, left me wanting more. too short.
I purchased the book after I saw it in a book store and thought it would be on audible. I'm disappointed in the narrator. very monotone. not only that but it was an increadably short audio book. I don't think it's worth the token.

Not Good
This book makes you think it’s the real thing when it’s just an analysis. Kind of a trick to get you to buy it.
