Wilderness Hunt

A search-and-rescue mission turns into a deadly wilderness escape

When a plane carrying a federal witness crashes in the Montana backwoods, Officer Kelly Wayne and her K-9, Nico, track it down—and discover Ethan Harrigan injured with amnesia. Now with the mafia on their trail, Kelly must protect the man she thinks ruined her career. But nothing’s as it seems, and trusting the wrong person could get them all killed.

Alaskan Mountain Search

A missing teen, a killer on the prowl…this K-9’s on the case.

In the Alaskan wilderness, there’s only one way to track a serial killer: a K-9. For police captain Bre Dayton, that means working with her ex, search and rescue worker Griffin Knight. With her niece missing and possibly kidnapped, Bre has to find the murderer known as the Echo Pass Hunter—fast. Even if it means trusting the man who broke her heart…and putting herself in the killer’s crosshairs.

Alaskan Avalanche Escape

Sabotage in the mountains…can this K-9 sniff out the truth?

After surviving a sudden avalanche, mountain survival expert Jayla Hoyt and her search-and-rescue K-9 discover that it was no accident—someone deliberately triggered the mountain explosion. To uncover the culprit, she’ll have to partner with Alaska park ranger Bryson Clarke, a man she doesn’t trust. But when the investigators become targets, can they capture the criminal mastermind…before they’re buried alive?

3 Brilliant stories

Thanks you to all three of you, Lisa, Sarah and Darlene, for three thriller stories, all with Jesus at the centre, so looking forward to more stories from you, and I’ve learnt new Authoress names who write Christian stories, I only knew Lisa before.

Review

I loved all 3 stories. They were wonderful. The narration on the 1st story made it hard to tell between characters at times.

Great books

All 3 books were enjoyable. I love the religious aspect and purposely seek these books out because of it Along with the clean family friendliness of them.
Book 7 was O k, with the story but the female character was a bit annoying. Book 8 Had a good story line but at times it seemed the female character forgot she was a trained cop. However, book 9 was my favorite And in my opinion had the best story line. It was fast-paced in action-packed with great characters. I give book nine 5 stars.

Children’s books, poorly edited

Target is middle school readers or those who believe adults have tweenage emotional development.
The first book was incoherent. Relationship and self-doubt sentences, all paraphrasing each other, were randomly inserted about once a minute. Descriptions of surroundings were scant so scenes could not be imagined and it was clear that rewriting was attempted and reinserted in places out of order. So the narrator compensates by over explaining the silly story repeatedly.
.
Book 2 was primitive but the best of 3 if you indulge in syrupy thoughts until your pancakes are mush. Hallmark movie misunderstanding stuff. A niece goes missing. A madman with a compact bow shoots wildly with target point arrows (to put a pencil sized hole through people). (Spoiler alerts: 1. The range of a medium power bow is under 40 yards, the shooter is not more than across the street away but is never seen. 2. after dozens of people search for a week, only then consider looking in the old hunter’s cabin…. the one with the heliport on top…)
Book 3 starts with an avalanche and suspicion of a traitor in the rescue crew. Will a boy/girl pair patch up distrust to [you know] and rediscover their walk with God while under supervision of a doG smarter than both of them ? Can they survive a ridiculous number of avalanches and assassins scattered across their path? Can anyone secretly mine metal ore in the middle of a popular ski slope?

Terrible narrators.

Narrators ruined entire story. I’m sure it’s a great story but was hard to follow.
