It feels so wonderful to be smoke-free
I would attempt to quit smoking for years but when I would pick up some alcohol, I’d find myself asking someone for a cigarette and even though my friends knew I was trying to quit, they’d give me a cigarette anyway and back to smoking I would be once again but something extraordinary happened after I listen to this audiobook.

Excellent audiobook.
This is a must for any smoker. It puts the truth in your face, which helps you quit. Quit the day I listen to the book after smoking for over 30 years. When you're ready, this is the way to do it.

Definitely recommend it.
Every minute spent reading this book is well spent. There is a lot of wisdom there. If you internalise the meaning of mindfulness and become mindful yourself, you will be a happier person.

Think about listening this wonderful book
This book was amazingly well organized and insightful while offering so many sites with supporting information to additionally clarify their points that were so easily, but powerfully presented. I've never gotten so much helpful information on such an important topic so easily as when I listen this wonderful book.

They are really useful!!
Its an easy book to listen. If you follow the exercises you will master in no time. Useful info here had me described to a tee, and caused me to reflect.
