Narration was tough to get through

Great tips, narrator sounded like the early male versions of Siri tho. Needed to sound softer and more comforting IMO

Buy the book

The audiobook is mundane. A lot is obvious but a great reference. I would recommend the book over the audio version

Great value.

You'd pay big bucks to get this exact same information from a therapist. Although the delivery would probably be smoother. Narration was dry and monotone.

The book is not a silver bullet but it offers some great items for your tool box.

Effective and to the point

While there are many books on these buzzwords, this one ties together anxiety, what true overthinking really is and the subsequent emotional or actionable effects. There’s just enough current concepts to make sense of it and then to provide realistic actions and corrections, which are aligned with the strategies of CBT but more practical. Very helpful if you’re really looking to shift toward positivity and a more healthy mental condition in your day to day.

Amazing Book

I've struggled with anxiety since childhood, and this book has been extremely helpful with my recovery. it gives practical tools and applications that are simple to implement, yet lead to very big and meaningful changes. I HIGHLY recommend this book!

It’s fine, boring though :)

I liked the ideas and techniques they gave me. I will use the journaling method and tell myself i am in control. I will be patient and manage my time more often. I will not think what-ifs and live in the present.
